The Kentucky Economic Association facilitates greater communication among state researchers from academia, government, and business, and promotes the sharing and discussion of research by economists and public policy analysts working on issues relevant to the Commonwealth. To these purposes the association holds an annual conference and publishes the Journal of Applied Economics and Policy.
