Use this form to submit complete manuscripts for consideration by the Journal of Applied Economics and Policy only. Papers that are to be presented at the annual fall Kentucky Economic Association conference must be submitted to the conference chair.

Submit your manuscript using the form below. Microsoft Word is the preferred format for submission. Accepted papers will need to be submitted according to the guidelines for final revisions.

Please use file names representative of your paper topic. Do not use files names such as “document.doc”, “manuscript.doc”, “submission.doc”, etc.

Your manuscript will enter the review process upon receipt of your submission fee. The JAEP uses a double blind review process. The editor will remove author identifiers on paper submitted to referees.
